The Guestward Group is a Christian consulting firm whose work is shaped by biblical principles, Christ-centered leadership, faithful stewardship, and a commitment to serving the local church. While our consultants may come from different Christian traditions, we are united by the following foundational beliefs:

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. It reveals God’s character, communicates His redemptive purposes, and provides trustworthy guidance for faith, life, leadership, and ministry.

The Triune God

We believe in one God who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is sovereign, holy, loving, just, merciful, and worthy of all worship.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, demonstrated the kingdom of God through His words and works, died on the cross for the sins of humanity, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended into heaven. We believe He will return in glory.

Humanity and Sin

We believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity and worth. Humanity was created for relationship with God but has been separated from Him by sin and is in need of redemption.

Salvation

We believe salvation is the gift of God’s grace, made possible through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is received through repentance and faith in Christ, not earned through human effort or good works. Through Christ, believers are forgiven, reconciled to God, and given eternal life.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is present and active in the lives of believers. The Holy Spirit draws people to Christ, brings spiritual renewal, equips believers for ministry, produces spiritual fruit, and empowers the Church to fulfill its mission.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all who place their faith in Jesus Christ. The local church is called to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, practice Christian community, serve others, pursue unity, and demonstrate the love and truth of Christ in the world.

Christian Mission

We believe followers of Jesus are called to love God, love their neighbors, make disciples, serve with humility, pursue justice and mercy, and faithfully steward the gifts and responsibilities God has entrusted to them.

Our Shared Commitment

The Guestward Group serves churches and Christian organizations across a range of denominational and ministry traditions. We seek to approach differences on secondary matters with humility, grace, and respect while remaining grounded in the historic and essential beliefs of the Christian faith.
